Package arrived and was well packed. The instructions were relatively easy to follow. All pieces and hardware were included. It's a large project to put together and definitely requires 2 people. I used an electric drill/bit because using the allan wrench tool was too slow. Only had 1 joint/predrilled piece that didn't align well that I had to drill out. Otherwise, the finished product is beautiful and sturdy.

Great quality and durability We were very happy to see the quality of this bunk bed. just like other reviews, the wood is of real solid quality (not particle board/MDF). My husband assembled it with ease. We're using this bunk bed for a teenager and a preteen and have no concerns that it is not sturdy enough to withstand their wear and tear. Was so glad to find this as I needed something inexpensive, but good quality. We got exactly what we were looking for!

Great Buy After reading A LOT of reviews about this bed I decided to make my first furniture purchase with m. It was the best decision. This bed is very good quality. It arrived in a compact box and had all the parts for assembly. It was easy to assembly (all parts were marked with letters which eliminated any guessing of what part was what). Assembly took approx. 2 hours. The bed is being used by my 5 year daughter. However, the entire family (4) lays on it at nighttime to read bedtime stories. It is very sturdy and structural sound. The quality is excellent. One feature which was a selling point for our family was the idea that it came apart, so once my daughter decides she no longer wants bunk beds we can easily give her a full size bed. There are 4 holes that are visible on the bed frame from where the twin bunk sets but it is not an eye sore. I would recommend this bed to anyone who is looking for a durable, quality, affordable bed and don't want to break the bank. I was very pleased with this purchase.

Great Value Best deal found online it was purchased two years ago and still looks great today. I recently slept on the lower bed with my son. I wish the spacing between the two levels of beds are much more apart (higher spacing in between). Often in time, I hit my head or other part of my body to the bottom of the upper bed although I tried to remember.

love the bed I hate cheap particle board furniture but this bed is solid and very sturdy and its 100% real wood (weighs 130LBS in the box). I love to build and assemble stuff like this and this was a easy one for me, took 30 minutes if your a novice 45 mins to 1.25 hours.. this bed fit together perfectly and the design and manufacturing was done very precise and has a clean look when done I was very impressed.. I don't like the guard rail system for the upper twin ,not as strong as I would like but I'm just overprotective when it comes to safety.. I give this bed a 9.5 out of 10

I purchased it for my granddaughters. I sleep on it with both of them when I go visit so it can hold more weight on the bottom ... it hasn't broken yet. I did purchase a nice mattress and it sits so high there isn't a lot of room to lean up.

I use foam mattresses on the beds (SwissLux 8-inch European-style Memory Foam Mattress) and use a bunkie board (1/8" hardboard from home depot) so the foam doesn't squish through the slats (they are pretty far apart). If you use a traditional mattress than you wouldn't need to use anything.
