Mission Twin-size Bunk Bed and Tent Kit
I have put together many pieces of furniture over the years and over the past month (we just moved) this includes 6 cabinets, bookshelves, a desk and chest , this by far is the poorest manufactured piece I've ever seen. The screw holes are all about 1/4 off, the finish on the boards is rough, the instructions are very vague compared to those I've recently used and the pre-drilled nail holes are missing completely. In trying to put together two key pieces (headboard and legs) the wood split when I tried to put in the screw...and I only screwed it in 1/4 of the way before I heard the wood cracking. This is for my grandchildren and I researched online and locally to find a safe but cute design. It may be both of these, but it's a nightmare so far. Trying to send back the numerous and heavy boxes would be impossible. I'm getting ready to contact the manufacturer.

My bunk bed didn't come with instructions so I'm kind off passed off stillntrying to piece together my kids beds. The material is alright I feel it would be much easier had I had instructions

Hi brookheights, we were able to verify this information with our support team. The tent does not have to be used. We have a similar model without a tent try item number 14332474. Assembly instructions recommend adequate space to assemble this unit which does require partial assembly on its side.
