Reminds us of the old time items they used in the office for mail and to hand you coats. Great art deco piece. We accidentally messed up ordering and we received 2. We returned the second one on 10/28/2017. It is now 11/22/2017 and they say the refund is processing!! Buyer beware if this is the service we get. Very dissappointing so will take off 3 stars because of the poor experience, otherwise thew item is great!
