I love this coffeemaker it makes excellent coffee and the temperature is very hot the way I like it. It keeps the coffee warm at a good temperature for hours.

I bought this to replace a Cuisinart coffee maker that also had a thermal pot. This model is very different. The pott is smaller, the top is difficult to put on & take off. On a positive note it does make good coffee. I just liked my previous model better.

This coffee pot brews quickly, it's easy to use and it holds the heat very well. The only problem I have is that the top is hard to get off.

Nothing wrong with the coffee it makes....BUT the "short" cord is JUST TOO SHORT! Can not pull the maker out far enough from under the top cabinets so the steam does not drift up to them. Otherwise like the coffee maker.

This item worked fine for about 1 year and then it broke. It was refurbished when I purchased it but I would rather have a coffee maker that will last at least a few years.

We purchased this after a couple of miserable weeks with a similarly-priced competitor's model. That is now in a box in the basement. This, on the other hand, has proved to be a much easier device to live with. It is not particularly fussy to use, cleans up easily, and makes half-decent coffee.

This machine stopped working after a few months. Not well made. I still use the thermal carafe.

The ground holder is warped and pops the lid open. This is the fourth maker of this model I have owned. I should have purchased a new item. I cannot return because I threw the box away.

Wonderful coffee maker. My ****** was a royal pain the butt and after a year of fighting with the thing it finally gave up the ghost.. This keeps 10 or better cups of coffee hot for around 4 hours and yes you can make one cup at a time. I use a permanent filter in mine...you can use paper if you'd rather. I've had this over a year,: Easy to clean, works like a champ, programmable and a much better value than the ******.

I've been using this coffee pot for about 2 years now. First one I've had last over 6 months in awhile. I love that it automatically shut it's self off when done brewing. The UNBREAKABLE carafe keeps the coffee warm for hours.

The product was delivered as a gift and had been refurbished. I did not order a refurbished coffee maker. I thought it was brand-new. Nowhere in the description did it say that it was refurbished. The product came damaged. The reservoir in the coffee maker is leaking. As a gift,this is very annoying that it has to be returned.

I love this coffee pot! My sister originally purchased one for me (against my wishes) to replace my old pot. I was hesitant about replacing my old one because I loved the steel carafe feature. I never had to worry about forgetting to turn my coffee pot off and I didn't waste energy. However, my old pot began to fall apart which is when my sister found this coffee maker. I loved it almost immediately. It had the same great features as my old coffee maker but with an added bonus: a timer to set my coffee maker to be ready when I woke up in the morning. It has been so fabulous, that I bought my sister. one. The only negative feature that I can find is that it is a bit difficult to see how much water you have poured into the reservoir. Aside from that, it works perfectly.
