My husband hung our mini pendant as soon as we received it. It exceeded my expectations. I was afraid the wood strips might be irregular or crooked, but it is really even and solid. I am very pleased with the light. Looks great with our decor. It did include a down-rod as listed and for our cathedral ceiling there was plenty of length.

I haven't installed the light, just looked at it. Seems to be exactly what I was looking for - a light with a "craft" feel to it. Inside is a shade to filter light. Bamboo on outside is woven together at ends with a darker material. It hangs from a black cord - I might change it to a downrod.
