"is this table really only a total of 13" in height?? Or is that just the base, and the two levels above that swivel give additional height? and if so, how thick are the two pieces, or what is the total height of the table? It just seems like 13" height is a very small table and the matching end tables the same way.. I love the design, but if it's really only 13" tall/height.. especially for the end tables. my sofa is on each of it's sides (it' a U shaped couch) is 28" ... 13" is a bit low for an end table I hope they turn out to be taller!"

Great design but... Absolutely adore the unique design! Just as the Details accurately described, the height of the table is 13", it was just what we were looking for. We often sit on the floor and it's perfect! The table seems very sturdy and rotates easily. HOWEVER, the finish appears to be CONTACT PAPER of some sort. I looked at the bottom of the top level and it's white and smooth and the contact paper only extends about an inch. I'm very disappointed because I really like the style.

Conversation piece I get so many compliments on this table! Positioning the layers gives it sensational interest and appeal. Only gave it 4 stars because it's made of wood that is covered with a wood grain colored type of "contact paper". Don't know how well it will last due to the "sticker" topping.

Great Coffee Table This coffee table came assembled. I wanted a low coffee table to o with my living room and this was perfect. The table seems a little glossy in the picture but it is not so. I wish that the top and middle parts rotated in different directions so that i would have space to keep items on both sides after rotating. It is not possible for one to be rotated to the left and other to the right. it is either in the original position or be rotated to one side. Apart from that I am a very satisfied customer.

I wouldn't recommend painting this table - I am a commercial designer & have used this family of tables for 2 Clients. The material is a a laminate & if you could get a paint to "adhere" the rotation could cause the painted sections to rub off. Precautionary steps that could increase chances of success (1) IF you did special prep & prime steps before painting (2) Make sure the table is sitting perfectly level - this will decrease chances of "rub" when rotated Good luck!
