Made from black and brushed gold-finished iron with espresso-finished MDF surfaces, this bar cart embodies elegance and convenience. With nine hanging glass racks and bottle racks that can accommodate up to 18 bottles, this bar cart is finished with smooth-rolling, locking caster wheels for easy-maneuvering.

You can def use without the glass holder. I took it off because the glasses I have don't fit right. I just took a look and it seems like the wine rack can also be removed as it is not attached to the shelf in any way and not used as "support" - hope this helps!
