Really brightened my kitchen

My kitchen is yellow so naturally when I saw this beautiful yellow teakettle, I just had to have it. It is too high maintenance. You just can't put water in it and put on to boil. You have to put it on simmer and then eventually hear a very low whistle. The inside has to always be kept dry.

The color is perfect I highly recommend and the whistleing sound is not bad at all

I actually had to send the first one back because the paint started chipping, and the second one was worse. Really cute but not durable.

This kettle is exactly what I needed and wanted, beautiful color, proper size and quick to boiling, I like it very much.

I like the quality& performance of this item. I didn't care for the sound it makes, however. It sounds more like an air raid, than a whistle.

I love the color, brightens up the room. It's a solid tea kettle which should last me for a long time. The whistle top works fine for me although at first I asked myself "what's that sound".

It's a lower pitched sound when it whistles, Not high pitched. Looks great and easy on the ears!

Works well, only draw back is that it gets slightly discolored (charred looking) towards bottom with use and needs tough scrubbing rather frequently.

I was excited about having a whistling teapot but the whistle stopped after just a few uses.

I love the color and the little lever that is on the spout. i wasn't aware that the lid was glass from the picture. All in all, I give it two thumbs up!

I have had several of these kettles because, sadly I go out to the yard or to the computer room and burn them up DESPITE the whistle. That was when I discovered you can adjusts the little screw inside the "pullup" on top of the spout. (instructions tell this, but I did not read!). Terrific in my new kitchen..LOVE it.

The tea kettle is an excellent Quality and I Love the the color. It also has a different kind of whistle than most tea kettles. It is very easy to clean and it's worth the money. It was a lot cheaper than retail stores.

I was looking for a teakettle to heat water several times a day for my tea and husband's instant coffee. The last two I bought did not hold up. A pretty teakettle that is durable. The only drawback is the wistler isn't actually wistling but I actually have not had the time to work on adjusting it yet. Shipped fast.
