I got this today and couldn't wait to try it.I love the way my floor looks but I really wish it did corners better I only got to do the kitchen and so far satisfied. I really can't wait to do the hardwood floor hopefully it does a great job there as well.

The Bissell Crosswave all-in-one wet dry vacuum works as advertised. It does vacuum then mops with very little water left on the floor. It has a very long cord, and maneuvers easily around chairs and other obstacles. In my home, it is never put away in the utility cabinet because my husband who has sight problems and disabled son miss their mouths frequently and create messes each meal. I really value this vacuum and urge all with messy eaters to purchase one.

This floor cleaner is amazing! I saw the commercials, and thought they were too good to be true. My husband and I are getting older, and mopping really takes a toll on our backs, so I thought I would give it a try. I had previously tried a steam cleaner, it was fine on tile, but I did not like it on the wood floors. As soon as the Crosswave arrived we immediately used it, and we are both thoroughly impressed with it! The vacuum does an amazing job picking up any dirt and debris, and the mop does a great job as well! Our floors have not looked this good since they were first put in (and we have 2 indoor dogs, and a toddler grandchild)! I have been recommending this item to everyone!!!

I ordered this Bissell crosswave a couple of months ago. I really love being able to vacuum and clean all in one step and it does an amazing job... the only con is that it seems no matter how well i clean the machine after cleaning my floors the machine always seems to have an odor... not sure if i would purchase again for that reason... but i do love the way it cleans my floors

I can't live without this now
I recently purchased a new house with lots of tile. I spent way too much sweeping and mopping. I debated a few months about the Crosswave and finally read the reviews. I wish I had bought it sooner. It is literally my favorite thing now. Works great - takes far less time and my floors are super clean. LOVE IT!

It will just vacuum but why would you want to do that? It vacuums well but I notice better pickup when I use the wet (wash) feature with it. I have never had to vacuum first and then use the Crosswave. I hv 50 sq ft of ceramic tile and a hairy dog. Gets every speck!

Way that I normally would do things. This machine has it's limits of course it doesn't have hands but I have found it to be a wonderful blessing. I have neck, both arms and back issues...so this really helps me over the traditional double duty cleaning method. I have a little pug the sheds a lot of hair and this works great. Bissell does carry other cleaning rollers if you need a heavier brush than it comes with but I have a husband that doesn't want to wipe his feet and I have multi-surfaces throughout my home & have found the original one is perfect for all my needs including my area rugs. Just be advised that l said that this machine hasn't got hands meaning only that it vacuums great & will even pull in the cords & other things around it as well as scrub the floors till they shine but a lot depends on the operation of the machine as well as it's limitation. The small area that can't be mopped between the machine & the baseboard. I clean this when I get the baseboard it does vacuum the area. I was on here today pricing another machine for my mother. I have been a long time Bissell customer because of the quality I have come to know first hand. So here you have a little more than you expected but I have used my machine for a year & still works like the day I started using it. I too appreciate the fact that the machine is pretty much self cleaning with only a little help from me. Hope you find this review helpful & you realize like I did ,that even though, they're expensive they're worth the sacrifice of something to have way to clean that's less painful.
