Our daughter had been wanting a quilted type headboard for several months, looking almost constantly. Found this on the Black Friday Sale, showed it to her, and she said yes. Arrived quickly, multiple boxes. Simple instructions, easy assembly. Appears to be well-made. The most time-consuming part of the assembly, I believe, was putting the slat supports together. Not the traditional several boards. This unit uses plastic holders along each side rail and double sided plastic holders along the center support. The slats are multiple boards, about half width of the bed, that slide/snap into the holders. About 28-30 individual small boards create the box spring support base. First time that I have seen this design, but may work better than the traditional 3-4 1x4 slats across the side rails and center support. One surprise, but can see it by looking closely at the picture, the side rails of this unit, when assembled sit close to the floor. Our daughter had been using under the bed storage boxes for some of the things in her room. The low clearance of the side rails from the floor do not allow for any storage space under the bed. So far, so good with the frame.
