I love Nordic Ware products because they are good quality, heavy baking sheets. Unfortunately, mine came with some scratches. Nothing major, and not worth returning the items, but needed mentioning. Despite the scratches I'm still very happy with the quality of these.
They have a very nice weight and easily takes care of my baking projects.. not much on cookies, I make fruit pies and meat pies,so I wouldn't want them any heavier!! I love Nordic ware products and think I'll get some for my sister for Christmas!!! All I mean about the cookies is I hardly ever make them but these pans would be perfect for that too!!
I have purchased nearly every piece of bakeware in this line & love every one of them. This pan is so nicely made, a good weight & the handles are a dream when transferring the pan into & out of the oven. We have used this pan countless times (we love brownies) since we purchased it for Christmas and absolutely love it!!
I had to really search for a deep stoneware baking 13x9 baking dish. I love this one. I wish it came with a lid.
