C. K. Bookcase Arrived damaged. Called for replacement parts and those arrived even more damaged than the original. Sad. I was expecting a beautiful piece of furniture for my home office and instead got a damaged piece of furniture that isn't even made out of real wood. It's laminent over low quality wood.

Beautiful but... ... assembly is ridiculous!!! You need at least 3 other people with this unit. Lining everything up was a major pain!! But once it's finally done, it really is a beautiful piece of furniture. If I was rating this on looks alone, it would be 5 stars.

Great Find We love our new shelve! It arrived quickly and assembled easily although we didn't follow the last step that was called for in the instructions. We put the top shelf on as the very last step which was WAY easier than the directions shown. The quality is about what you'd expect for the reasonable price and there were a few chips that we were able to touch up with stain. Any other things which some might consider as defects we found added to the distressed and industrial look of the piece. It is a perfect fit for the space we wanted to fill and makes a definite statement in the room. We love it!

Good looking piece Great piece. Definitely a highlight in my office. It looks great.....but if you look too closely you can see the shelves are inexpensive. Additionally the shelves are hollow. A bit frustrating to assemble but worth it.

Looks fantastic ... Pain to assemble I love to assemble things. This was ridiculous. DO NOT go by the instructions. I suggest screwing in the bottom bars first, slide the top ones on the bottoms, THEN screw in the x on the back. Then screw in the top shelf. Took me 15 min. Don't go by instructions. If you do it'll take you longer and you'll get pissed, and risk damaging the shelf. As soon as j figured this out it was smooth sailing I will say the customer service was terrific. Our first batch came in crushed and the new one came In a week. They look terrific. Follow my instructions and you won't want to snap. Promise you.

happy customer I was soooo disappointed in the quality of this product. This is the second item from the Christopher Knight collection that I have ordered and they were all returned due to POOR quality. The metal frame of this bookcase was so thin, we could bend the shelf supports with our hands ( we tried to straighten them from where they came in damaged) and the "wooden" shelves were no more than pressed cardboard with a wood design sticker applied to the top and sides of the shelf, not on the bottom. At a price of over $* it was very disappointing, to say the least! However, I am still a very happy customer because of the outstanding customer service I received from Great Offer Stock.com. Once again, ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure that this was taken care of in a friendly and timely manner. I will definitely be using them again.

Nice and seems very sturdy with a few flaws This is very nice and the color is just what I was looking but it did come with a few flaws. We had to bend a few of the shelf brackets back into place as they seemed to have been pushed in during manufacturing. I'm not sure how quality control didn't see this but it was easy to straighten them. I would have like the "wood" to actually be solid boards but they have a veneer on them. Not that big of a deal as they still look very nice.

Nice TriBeCa Design It is pretty easy to put together if you lay it out on the floor first, placing the pieces in their proper location and direction. It is sturdy and has a great industrial design. Looks wonderful in our den.
