these are a lot thinner than my early 2000 pans and i don't mind... i haven't really noticed hot spots, nothing has stuck, and i can one hand flip with the 12" pan with ease...

Using them for three weeks. Heats evenly. No scraches.

My kitchen is my best part of my house. The skillets received are the absolute perfect set I could've orderd. The fact they are non stick pans deep enough for food not to spill out and oven safe. Another big selling point for me was the ability to use metal cooking utensils and not locked in with one type.

Fit into our current ANALON set which was missing these 10/12" skillets. Fantastic they came with their own lids! The 2-pc. set we price matched at Macy's was the same price but didn't come with lids.

I wanted to replace a worn-out 12 year old 10in Anolon pan. This pan was part of complete set, which I love for the high quality, even cooking and consistency. I found this new 4-piece set at a great price. However, the pans are NOT the same as my originals. Immediately, I noticed the lack of heft in these new pans. Upon closer inspection, the non-stick surfaces are different from the originals as well. The lids have a different construction design too. I use the 10in pan almost daily. So far the new pan has performed well enough, but it just feels 'cheap'. I will be surprised if it lasts as long as my original.
