The memory foam top is very thin. Easy set up and sleeps well, not as uncomfortable as most.

I bought a 2nd Airtel bed being I had been so pleased with the first one. The second one spring a leak after 8 weeks of use. Of course, the leak occurred after the 30 day listed warranty EXPIRED. as well the 30 day window for Great Offer Stock returns is no longer open. To be fair, the first airtek bed is functioning well and is over a year old. The second is unusable. So, it appears that one has a 50:50 chance that they will get a usable product. I am not a happy camper about this.

my daughter says it is very comfortable. I love the ease with which it blows up and is taken down.

The smell was horrible, I left out for weeks - didn't help. I can't sleep on it without waking up with a bad headache. Tried to return but gave up because of the trouble. Didn't use it since. The product holds air overnight OK.

Love this bed - so easy to inflate/deflate, and my guests have said it is comfortable. Haven't used it too many times yet, so can't comment on its durability yet.

I have a small apartment so I bought this bed for when I have visitors. It was very easy to inflate and deflate. The only issue (why the 4 stars instead of 5) is the memory foam. You would have to leave it inflated for at least a day for the memory foam to expand and provide any benefit. I don't have the room to do this so the memory foam was useless.

Used twice and the pump quit working.

I'm definitely happy with my purchase. The mattress is very well constructed; it has no low spots and doesn't leak or sag. The pump is a little loud, but that's to be expected and it is reasonably quick for a bed this size. The height is very nice, it's easy to get into. Even when you sit on the edge, you don't sink down. Do yourself the favor of inflating it a day in advance when you use it for the first time. The pvc stretches a little and gives the ILLUSION of a leak, but mine definitely was not leaking. The rubber doesn't seem unusually thin, although I can see how people could puncture it in unusual circumstances. Repair kit is included, haven't needed it. The foam topper is thin, but effective. If you're looking for a deep plush top, you will need to buy it separately. This is mostly just to dampen the ridges of the mattress underneath--it does that very well. I'm an average height/weight and slept well on this mattress for consecutive nights.

Comfy, but no separate air chambers, so not as supportive and co fly as my old raised aerobed.

Love this bed. It is so comfortable. Bought it last Fall, for two senior age people to use for 6 mos. Only problem is I've had to use the patch kit 3 times since mid November. Keeps splitting at seams-very small splits. Love the comfort of it so much that I'll keep it. Just need to buy an extra patch repair !kit

Would buy again. No problems with set up or use. I rated good because I thought the padded top would provide more comfort. But it sleeps about the same as most other inflatable beds, otherwise I would have said excellent!

Couldn't be happier with this bed. Have tries several others without success, but was able to sleep through the night for several nights while a guest at my daughter's house. It was even better than most hotel beds!!

This bed is great for the price. I live in a converted den and need a good mattress that can be taken down easily and stored. This air bed fits the bill. Pros: Solid, sturdy construction Supports 600+ pounds. Comfortable Firm Easy inflate/deflate although it's not quite as quick as indicated. A few minutes both ways. Requires occasional reinflation with constant use. Cons: Not exactly memory foam. Thin foam liner but it does stay warmer when cold and colder when warm. Top can be laundered but it will never fit the same. Foam bunches after putting cover back on. Note: I suggest buying deep pocketed sheets. Sheets can be an awkward fit.
