Not Sturdy When I received this product I was excited because 2 weeks before I had slipped in the shower and really hurt myself. My excitement was short lived though. After it was put together I found it was pretty flimsy. I used the arms to get out of the chair and the whole chair moved. I am no where near the weight limit advertised for this chair. I am going to keep it though because it is a pain to send back. I will just be very careful when getting up.

Shower Chair I made sure that I ordered a shower chair that had a weight limit well above mine. I needed the chair to be sturdy and therefore safe to use. The legs started stretching/bending after using it only 10-12 times. Poor quality! Very disappointing!

Defective product supplied/ replacement was differ I received a defective item and when I called to report this, they asked me, can they replace only the defective part instead of the entire item. I agreed to it in order to avoid shipping back the entire item. But they did not send me the part in the said time period. Upon my call they said they do not have the part available, as if I requested for the part. Which made me to realize that, I should have asked for the entire item, instead of trying to help them with their convenience. So, I asked them to cancel that item and send me the return shipping label. They did not send me the label, but send me a replacement part. The replacement part came in was not the exact part for that model. However, I managed to fit the item and started using it even though it is a mismatch.
