This is a very nice piece, although, it came with a giant whole in the box, piece wasn't damaged at the whole. Bottom corner is crumbled a bit. Looks like it had been dropped on that edge. I am keeping the piece as I can doctor it up a bit, and don't want to hassle with an exchange.
