We needed an additional DVD player quickly for a guest room, we usually only purchase Samsung so I felt good about the brand but was nervous about it being refurbished. They say sometimes refurbished can mean that the original box was opened, so I was hoping the unit was not defective. So far so good although it did come with some lady's info in it, so it clearly was used. Had to wipe it and enter our own info.

This item works perfectly! Samsung remains consistent!

I have no complaints with this refurbished unit. It works very well.

It is not a 4 k dvd will not get it
