Monitor and everything came as expected. Everything appears to be original packaging. One complaint is the shipment came in the product box. I was a little shocked they slapped a label on the LG box and sent it on it's way. Good way for the package to be stolen during transit...if I wasn't home when it was delivered this would have looked like I left a free screen on my porch for the taking. Needless to say, the box was beat up, torn apart (could see inside the box), and cannot be reused. Was lucky the screen itself wasn't damaged. Risks you take I suppose.

My son loves it. Great picture and a sleek look for a larger monitor.

Well it does what I needed I needed more room for excel sheets and perfect for gaming. Although I think for gaming I will save up and get the 4k screen. Love the screen and split screen feature built into the screen and PIP by inputs. All in all great screen and its almost frameless. there is a frame but its overlaid by the glass/screen so not bulges. Very nice screen.
