As stated in a previous buyers post, this monitor is advertised as being 20" but is in truth 19.5. It's like a bait and switch and I believe this is a significant problem. I returned.

The ordering experience: Unfortunately, I would have given this item a better rating but I am factoring in the overall experience. I ordered a 20' and received a 19.5''. I called customer service and the representative was very nonchalant about the issue. This was ordered for work and the only option I was given was to return the item and wait another 5-7 business day for the correct item. I am waiting for a call back in regards to how they are going to adjust the amount that I paid for and credit my account. This is aso the second time I experience a bait and switch from Great Offer Stock. Make sure to look at your invoice and compare it to the product you actually receive. The Monitor Review: Overall the monitor is clear and slim so it allows ample space on your desk. It was also easy to set up.
