This phone could not be used. Sprint says that after so many transfers between carrier and unlocks a phone's serial number will not allow it to be re used. I was able to return the phone to Great Offer Stock without a problem.
The phone I purchased was the Apple iPhone 6s Plus 128gb. The SIM reader in the phone I received didn't work. I went to every carrier and as soon as they put a SIM card in the phone a message appeared on the screen that said "Invalid SIM" which prevented the phone from being activated. Then I took the phone to Apple where their technician advised me that it was damaged and the phone was unable to read from the SIM so basically I had an expensive paper weight. Luckily I had a friend who works at the Apple store but would it not have been for that I would have had major issues with having to return the phone and further waste my time. My suggestion to anyone purchasing one of these refurbished phones is to keep in mind that you are rolling the dice. You don't know what you're going to get. Also an "Great Offer Stock certified" refurbished phone is not the same as an Apple certified refurbished phone. I have never had any problems with any of my purchases from Great Offer Stock because they have always been new devices but after this experience I will never purchase a refurbished item from Great Offer Stock. I wrote this review to hopefully provide a heads up to anyone purchasing one of these refurbished phones. I'm sure for every experience like mines there is someone who received an almost new phone with no problems so as I said earlier just know that you are rolling the dice. Good luck!
This phone arrived wrapped in bubble wrap without a charger. Unfortunately, it also has quite a few light scratches on the screen. For *** , that isn't acceptable in my book, so it will be returned.
All I can say is I am happy with everything !!!
