I was hoping that the newer, modern Corelle dishware had been designed as thicker and more substantial. But it's the same very thin dish ware. Unfortunately, this leads to your food cooling off faster when it's served on your plate. Design is nice though

This dinnerware is beautiful. I just love the colors and design. Not too busy and not too plain. The only issue with this set is that the dishes are lighter than I expected making them more likely to break. The coffee cups are thicker and heavier than the plates. They basically are normal size and weight. Given all of this, I love the set. My kids are teenagers and should be more careful with dishes than they were as school aged kids. We will see..... If you want thicker, heavier plates like the Fiesta brand, these dishes are not for you. Again, the plates are beautiful!
Absolutely love the teal dinnerware! Colors are true, scallops on dishes give them a casual to fancy look depending on the placemats I use. Great buy!!
