DBS a very handy and light extra Internet browser. I take it with me when I travel. Even though it is a touch screen I did purchase a mouse for it and that made it a lot more comfortable to use when at a table or counter. So far I have not downloaded anything substantial. what I did download - no complaints. This is certainly not a full laptop but that is not what I needed. If I expect to anything that I think this laptop can't handle I bring my full Microsoft laptop. There are a lot of apps available that will make this a more substantial tool but I haven't gotten to most of them. For browsing the net, for social media, and email I like this much more that a tablet.
