    Maybe I missed something somewhere but the description I read said leather and I know that doesn't mean the real stuff but the insert top and sides are mesh not leather. Nothing wrong with the shoe , it just is not as described unless I misread. Just FYI. I have had other shoes with the mesh and they didn't wear as good as leather. Mesh won't shed water either.
