Story Behind the Art:
Desak Nyoman Parwati learned how to make batik from DesakPutu Nithi. 'When I worked with her, she taught me many thingsabout textiles and hand-painting batik. The thing I like about heris her dedication to her work and her concern for the peopleworking with her. I have built my career step by step. I started byasking my neighbors to come to my place to look at my collectionand place orders if they like it. Now, there's so much to do I needthe help of several assistants!'

Fit I am average for this item. The pockets are waaaaay in the back of the robe. Seriously. I like the robe otherwise. If you are over a size 16 I would not recommend you buying this one. It is not one size fits all / most.

With the robe spread out (not tight) it measured in center 55 inches in center . So probably give it a few more inches like 60 to be tight in center. Also, I don't know if every robe is the same. I am sorry I can't help you more.
