Great robe. Ordered the taupe color - very nice. So far, very pleased with purchase. It could be a tad softer, but I'm hoping after more washes, it'll be a little softer. I ordered the taupe color in a size medium. I'm 5'4 and approximately 120 lbs. It fits well - with room. I could have gotten a small, but I definitely didn't want it to be tight - I like a looser fit with bathrobes. Nice roomy pockets in the front and the tie is a great length. There's also the essential hook so it can hang easily on the back of the bathroom door, if desired. I would highly recommend it. Great value and a bathroom staple in my opinion!

Great robe! I was hesitant to order a unisex robe, since I am quite small in stature and normally have a problem with sleeve length. Since the sleeves are made to roll up, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the with one roll of the cuff, the sleeve length was just right. The robe is a good weight and I feel I will be able to wear it year round.

positive Robe is luxurious and well made. However, I would suggest getting the size you normally wear. I am a small but saw other reviews indicating to go a size larger for real comfort and the robe is now bulky on me. However, this robe is well worth the price and I would strongly recommend it.

It does run large but I would suggest a Large if you are tall. I'm a 14/16 and 5'11" and I got an XL and it's pretty big and sleeves are long on me. I should have gotten a L but kept the XL because it's not that bad and I didn't want to hassle sending it back.

I don't think this comes in a petite. Even ordering your usual size, it's meant for someone at least 5'5" unless, of course, you prefer an ankle-length fit. I love it's thickness and one feels genuinely 'warmly wrapped' when wearing it. Other than the length, it's a keeper'.

I ordered a small, but it's not all that small! It's meant to be a loose fit, and you can wrap it more tightly to somewhat adjust the fit, but it's thick and bulky. The length will be longer on you than the photos--probably down to your feet.

it would be huge. but if you want to wear it to be cozy and wrap yourself up and flop on your bed and take a nice after-bath nap, it will do the job. otherwise you may be tripping in it at 5' 2"--and with the sleeve length, you would not want to be doing the morning kitchen wearing it. Shop a bit more. Brad's Deals often has good discounts at such places as Macy's and they have very nice terry robes in a variety of sizes and styles at a reasonable price. Also, you should check Bed, Bath, and Beyond.

I have trouble finding size 2's, so I usually end up going to the junior department and getting a 3. I love the look of this robe, but after reading all these comments I'm not sure anymore. I love a roomy robe, especially living in the Pacific NW, winter's are pretty cold. I'm not sure what size to get, after seeing that they shrink, and then some say they don't. CONFUSED!

It all depend on how much of his arms he would like to have covered. This robe has a very high shrinkage rate. I am 6" tall and find the sleeve length adequate somewhat adequate. After washing I have about 3-4 inches exposed between wrist and sleeve.
