"What does the 10 yr service plan consist of?"
My son is 6'1 and 245 and he has diabetes and needed a comfy bed so he can get his rest at night. He's 19 and his prior bed was a gel bed and was very flat, this bed is very comfortable for him and he sleeps very well now. We love this bed so much that my husband and I will be purchasing one for us after we pay our card off. Best bed ever totally worth the price

I love this bed very supportive. This mattress is very firm, but still soft and comfortable. I had backaches with my old mattress, those have disappeared with this mattress. There is no sinking and my entire body is supported.

My best purchase Over the years I purchase 3 Simmons mattresses. First 2 was plush. No pillow top. But this firm pillowtop is the most comfortable. Soft but yet not sinking. It's a bit warm though.

Perfect! I was hesitant ordering a mattress online without testing it out. So I looked carefully at the picture, printed out the specs and went to a national mattress chain where they told me it would be a special order with the pillow top over the firm mattress and it would be half-price (Columbus sale) for $* ....I paid $900 less at overstock!!! Mattress came in and is absolutely amazing. Firm so you don't sink in but the pillow top is so plush that it hugs your body. Great fabric too!

So the more layers the more comfort and softness. Most pillowtops are referred to as either a pillowtop or plush pillowtop and softer models are sometimes called ultra plush pillowtops and thicker tops are referred super pillowtops. Eurotop and boxtop mattresses are the most current innovation in bedding. The design allows an increase in the amount of padding on top of the mattress, reducing pressure points and improving longevity. Some manufacturers call this style of mattress a boxtop and others call it a eurotop. But there is really no difference between the two. Have a great day.
