We just about fell over THis is the most beautiful rug for this price or several hundred dollars more for that matter. We have a traditional wood floor and paid much$$ for some new gorgeous furniture (couch mossy green) and there was the perfect green in the black rug that didnt show up in the online pic. Carolina Floral Heat-set Emerlin Rug 9'10 X12'10 I just received my rug today. It is beautiful. The picture does not do it justice. I ordered it in ivory and the colors in the rug match my sofa and makes my living room seem so much more cozy. It is one inch shorter in width and three inches longer in length. Not real plush but so soft none the less. I am thinking of ordering the black for my dining room. Thanks Great Offer Stock.

Wrong color ordered without my knowledge My frustration is with Overstock! I was sent the wrong color rug, and I now have to pay a *** shipping return for it. The agent claims that I specifically selected that color and placed the order. I am pretty sure I did not select that color and have no idea how it was selected. Even the order confirmation showed the color of rug I thought I was buying, but they say its not even in stock. Overall, the website is misleading, and customer service is poor.

First, blot out stain as much as possible with dry cotton towel or white paper towel. Scrape off any food or debris with dull knife. Mix a very small amount of dish soap (Joy, Palmolive, etc.) with a cup of cold water. With clean sponge and soap mix, remove remainder of stain. Avoid using excessive water. Blot area with dry towel. Fantastic and 409 can be used to remove grease and stubborn stains. For all-over cleaning: Send it to a professional cleaner.
