Good,. But There Are Issues...
The device arrived on time and was as pictured. However, there are issues buyers should be made aware of. The device is much ;larger than the largest handheld cellphone. The PROS include the larger keyboard associated with tablets making dialing and texting much easier. As a "phablet" device it allows the user to multitask much better eliminating the need to carry around an additional device. It also comes with two charging options- one with a single prong jack plug-in and the other with a USB option. The CONS include first and foremost, no owner's manual, just a very small pamphlet that described the features and some set-up information with no way to troubleshoot issues. Extremely low volume when using the phone, necessitating the use of the speaker or a bluetooth device. Also die to its size a bluetooth device is mandatory if the phone is used while driving, The charge time is similar to that of a tablet, so it is more extended than for a regular cell phone. It took three or four tries for it to read my SIMS card, but it finally captured. The picture quality is very good!
Aside from the sound quality when making a call, overall I would give the device a good rating. The size takes some getting used to. I bought a small brass easel fir the phone to rest on when I am working at my desk, and I immediately fitted it with a screen protector. I would recommend it for people who want to use one device to handle everything a cellphone and a tablet would do.
