very disappoint it was a gift took it to Sprint they were not able to unlock the cellphone also talk to one of the repesentatives they couldn't help me at all I was told to send back soso dispointed Sprint also said that needed code to unlock the phone and no code was given my the company

Reead read read carefully small print coverage areas for SPRINT ARE LIMITED and stink!!!!! Also. Phone. Recption is awful.

In the details said it was compatible with Verizon. It is not. No sprint phone is . So buyer beware.
