This phone not working outside the USA

This product is cheap and flimsy and fall short of the high quality that defines Samsung products.... We could not use the keyboard at first but fortunately, a Samsung tech at Best Buy was able to reprogram the phone after several attempts to enable us to use an 'unlocked' phone...

Screwed up less than hour ,never even got to use it!!! Put sim card in and memory card and that was it! Locked up on me and it's going back!!!!
