This phone is not what I would call a "refurbished" phone. I expect a refurbished product to be "mostly new." It seemed to look like the only thing that has happened to this phone was a factory wipe and then thrown in the box. The phone that I received had quite a few abrasions all over it, as well as a small scratch on the screen. I also received with the phone a generic charger with a flimsy USB cord (definitely not a Motorola cord or charger). I think that I would have thought twice on this phone if I knew that I would be getting a used phone that was in good-fair shape. I was hoping for a phone that would have been in better shape with "minimal" signs of use. Not the looks of moderate-heavy use.
