This is the second one ordered, I've had the first one for five years. This trash can is very sturdy and can operate with either batteries or a plug which is now sold separately. I highly recommend this item it works well for my household.

We had this for less than a year. The open and close of the lid was quite loud (there are better designs we've since discovered that are almost silent) and then it broke almost one year into it's life.

Bought for work with 2 other items. Has a dent in the can. Do not have the time to send it back. Other 2 items had issues as well

This is the third trash can I have purchased with the automatic opening and this one is by far the best. The top is not plastic and the odor elimination system works better than anticipated.

Great garbage can but is loud when closing. Sprayed with wd40 and it quieted down. Needs it about once a week.

The lid will not open & close after month of uses. This trash can is trash!!

Really like better than the flip up top. Sleek and clean looking. Arrived damaged but contacted company and they sent me out a new lid.

Love the style and design of this trash can. The touch less feature is nice. In hindsight I wish I had gotten the power plug for this in addition to the battery option, but no matter what I love it.

I absolutely love this garbage can, I know it's a bit pricey but it exceeds my expectations. It is actually one of the few cans out there on the market that are as tall is this one. My dogs can't reach inside, also the sliding lids is a huge step up from the one that pops up, when left up it always got knocked onto the floor and finally died.

We just received this trash can a few days ago and like it. It’s very spacious for a kitchen trash can and looks neat and compact. Love the touchless feature and optional deodorizer. I do plan on purchasing an adapter even though it states the four D batteries will last up to a year.

I like this garbage can a lot however I wish it came with the charger you can order it separately however Also it is pretty deep and sometimes full bags are not as easy to pull out

The iTouchless automatic sensor sliding-lid steel trash can is sleek and modern. It does not come with either batteries or an a/c adapter to use the sensor function. (Which sucks because one of the main reason I ordered this can is for that specific function).

Love the trash can. I suggest getting the ac adapter unless you want to go through battery's!

I had it with flip top garbage cans marking my wall. Found this garbage can and I absolutely love it. It is made well and looks nice. Just put your hand over sensor and it opens and stays open for about 10 seconds. All garbage cans should have this type of opener. It comes with an odor eliminator. The best part of this can is a 13 gallon bag fits well and no wasted bag because of the shape of the can. Highly recommend this product.
