I ordered 2 of these lamps for my bedroom to match my purple and gray bed set. They're awesome! I put some lower wattage bulbs in them so they're not so bright, and they're just the perfect amount of light for my bedroom. The outlet is so handy! I can charge my phone at night without crawling behind my nightstand for an outlet. Overall, I'd definitely purchase again!
First, this is all wood. I thought the "gear" shapes were metal. Second, this lamp is huge. I didn't pay attention to the height measurements. I have found another place to put it in order to avoid the hassle of sending it back.
Bought the floor lamp and have same issue with the metal it is made out of. It is a cheap hollow bendable metal. Don't let kids touch that bird or it might break off. Pretty though.
This is a classy and modern lamp. Perfect for a bedroom as it has a night light. It is heavy and expensive looking. I had to add pads to the bottom to prevent a slight rocking motion as the transformer for the the nightlight caused the lamp to not sit perfectly. I get many complements on the lamps. I bought 2 for the bedroom.
