Although the description says NO bulb included ( I didn't notice that) it did come with a bulb. However it does not come with any elecctrical cord. So you will have to attach your own cord. Not a big deal for me, I was using it as a closet light so was able to get a cord the length I wanted. Just bought an extension cord, cut off the one end and used it, worked fine.
