I wrote this review in 2011 and it's now February 2018 and I still have these stools and they look pretty good so I revisited my assessment. These are nothing like Tolix and I wish other reviewers hadn't been hysterical about the quality and comfort of these stools but they are adequate and will last and a good value. These are lightweight stools that are perfectly adequate. The delivery was fast and they were well-packaged and look nice enough. The shipping weight was about 24 pounds with packaging (for 2 stools) so each stool weighs around 10 pounds. The Tolix are much heavier and also much more expensive (and nicer looking).

I love these stools. They were a great value and the quality is excellent. I have had zero problems with them in six months and we sit on them every day including rambunctious kids. The finish is holding up well.

Nice solid just right for our bar.

I ordered six of these stools and put under my Isabella reclaimed wood table. The work great. Light and sturdy stools.

Very nice for the price. Came fully assembled and in perfect condition. We chose these stools because they stack and can be placed out of the way until needed . We would have preferredr a flat black rather than glossy., but that wasn't an option.

Like the vintage look of these stools. They are very sturdy and their stackable design makes them space efficient and easy to transport or store when not in use.

My Daughter moved to a new apartment.She was looking for stools for her kitchen. These were the style and height she needed. She liked the set of stools so much, she ordered a second set.

Fantastic set of matte black stools that look great at my kitchen counter. A modern touch for a rustic kitchen. These have also been used as a tall plant stand and held up well over the years.

I have a pub table that I purchased these for. I did not want a stool with a back I wanted to keep it simple but Sharp & the Shiney Black stools DID IT! Excellent paint job, very strong & sturdy. Delivery came on time & packed with care. I will be buying another set INDEED!

Simple design, using for counter, works well

These stools were one of the very first things I purchased from Great Offer Stock several years ago. Something about the style really caught my eye. Since then I've seen them all over magazines, tv, etc. I have a set ofthe black stools at my kitchen island. Very durable, and the powder coating was perfect. No defects. Of course, no assembly (yeah). Have held up great! Highly recommend.

Very pleased with the quality of these stools- they were perfect out of the box. They can be pushed under the bar when not in use and are very comfortable to sit on.

5 stars even though I made a mistake. Be aware that for most tables you want 18" stools not 24" and for most bars you want 30" stools not 24". With that said, these stools are what they are and are well made.

Not for use outdoors. The finish did not hold up. It became dull when exposed to the sun.
