Great rug! We needed something large and this went perfectly with our room. The black trim is a nice contrast and the jute is a great natural color.

As expected. Cat enjoyed using for a scratching place. It held up fine but didn't keep long due to the uncomfortable natural fiber.

Beautiful rug! Scratchy on feet so not great for a bedroom but perfect for high traffic (shoes on) areas.

This rug looks great and wears well. I love the black border around it. It's not soft to walk on in bare feet, but you can easily layer another small rug over it in the seating area. It's a nice addition to our great room.

Just opened it.. Has some imperfections and black cotton edge a little dusty.. but the look I love just wished it was peferct for the price but too large to return..

5 star looks for this rug. It looks really good with a rustic decor. Only 3 star for comfort and use. Rug texture is deep, and is not comfortable to sit on or walk on without shoes. Rug also a little hard to clean with the woven seagrass.

This rug is definitely worth the money. We've had it for over a month now and are very happy with the purchase. The first day it arrived it definitely had a strong smell (like hay), but it was much better by the second day. Now I barely notice the smell at all (and I'm very sensitive to smells). The weave is nice and tight, but does poke out here and there. This rug is VERY rough on your feet. Oddly enough, it bothers me more than my two small children. They don't seem to mind it at all and walk on it barefoot all the time. I personally don't like to walk on it without socks. Overall, we love the rug and would definitely purchase it again. Well worth the price and the free shipping was awesome and fast!

Again, for the price this is a great rug for staging homes. I like the modern and natural look it has, but it takes a great deal of time for the smell to go away and for it to turn the more tan color that shows in the photo. Obviously its sea grass and it has to have time to "cure".

This is the second rug of this type I have purchased. It did not smell grassy as others have commented. It does feel rough with bare feet. But I am using it in my dining room and it is perfect for the look I wanted. My only negative is that there seems to be more flaws in the weave than pictured. Small knots and ends visible. That may bother some people but for the price I am quite satisfied.

This rug has held up well. It sits in our living room.

Good quality sisal carpet with backing. We have it on our screen porch and it is perfect.

Love reading a review before I purchase anything & the review once again was helpful in purchasing this item. Was a purchase for my fining room. Awesome quality. Even though it has a few stray grasses, I love the rich, expensive look of this seagrass. Now if you are looking for a soft rug under your feet, this rug us not for you. I purchased two of these rugs, 9'x12' and 6'x9' for my living room and dining room. Other retailers have the same rugs for 2-3 times the price so the Great Offer Stock rug is a great value. The product description say's they are cotton backed, which is correct however, there are small rubber dots to help keep it in place which is a nice touch. One odd thing I discovered after delivery is the pattern runs in opposite directions on the 6'x9' rug vs the 9'x12' rug. It could be an issue for some people if the rugs are sitting side by side. Both rugs smell like fresh cut grass, which is wonderful. The 6'x9' rug has a couple of visible knots in the weave, it is something I would not accept in a higher priced rug but for under $200, it's fine. The pattern is consistent and binding is well done. The 9'x12' rug has some minor weaving issues. Nothing serious but I was a little disappointed to see the cross weave runs at a bit of an angel. Once again, for the price, I'm NOT going to complain. Overall, I'm a happy customer and would order again.

I love this rug! It completes my living room. There were a few pieces of the seagrass that was broken and sticking up. I was able to mend them back into place. Not a big deal! It is a little rough on your feet, but that doesn't bother me at all. I'm not sure how well this rug would work in a dining room with chairs being scooted back and forth. Overall, it's a great rug at a great price!

I figured that the price was so reasonable that I would have to sacrifice quality...but this rug holds its own to those triple the price. The weave of the seagrass is nice and tight in a herringbone pattern, it came to my door in less than a week and it looks great. I would absolutely recommend it (especially because its hard to find that large a rug....especially at the O price). The only negative comment I have is that the corners could have been bound a little neater. But this is still a 5 star purchase and an amazing value.
