i'd recommend a better/clearer distinction in which description matches which shape: Perhaps labeling each design with the name on the pull-down selection. Not all of the designs are on the option list and it was time consuming to try to match up the words with the design. i thought i'd be getting the "fan-shaped" crystal [3rd in, top row] but received the spiral shaped one [which matches the 2nd in, top row.] It's still very nice, and i not going to return it. It will still be a welcome addition to my crystal collection. It does come with the appropriate heavy-weight suction cup, line for attaching the included jewelry fitting. This is a nice touch because those of us who love to attach crystals to the window so that the sunlight can pass through them and create beautiful rainbows throughout the room, really appreciate this. Sometimes for the heavier crystals, it's difficult to find the appropriate jewelry facet to use the prism for hanging. It's those little conveniences and thoughtfulness that goes into the product that's so nice. It came in a padded envelope, and the crystal was wrapped in tissue, and inside a large zipper bag along with the jewelry facet, length of line [nylon] and suction cup. The crystal is 50-millimeters and has many precision cuts: the more cuts, the more the light refracts and creates the peaceful, calming indoor rainbows.

Item arrived as advertised. Close to xmas day but on time still. Very satisfied with quality and will be ordering more in the future
