Bought four of these for my dining room table. They arrived really quickly, just a few days for me. They're a nice dark brown, even though my table is a cherry finish, these match pretty closely. They weren't too difficult to assemble, but you will definitely need a power screwdriver to get the seat attached. In the end I needed help, I just don't have enough elbow grease to attach the seats tightly :-) One chair required a bit of glue for one of its crossbars, the screw wasn't sufficient to attach it. They feel quite sturdy once assembled, and look like quality.

Not sure where to begin... disappointed I guess Soooo .... purchased three fir my kitchen island. Loved the chairs. Great match to my dining room chairs. They were pretty simple to assemble ... no issues there. I put together 2 no problem .. but the 3rd chair the dimensions were totally off. Noticeably off... so I called customer service, returned the chair and asked for a replacement. I received the replacement rather quickly less than a week.. YAY!!! Well... guess what THE SAME ISSUE with the new chair. The dimensions were off... Called again .. same song and dance .. customer service apologized and said something must be wrong with the manufacturer. I returned the chair and I AM STILL WAITING for my replacement chair. What an inconvenience and headaches. As an Great Offer Stock credit card holder, I've ordered many things from Great Offer Stock without any issues but this has to be the worst experience ever. Sometimes apologies aren't just enough. 2 returns.. 2x repackaging a chair and mailing it back to you.. Not cool. I'm still waiting on my chair and it's been over a week... smh
