We were looking for a coffee maker that produced 12 cups of coffee with each cycle, and that kept the coffee hot. This product met all our criteria. It is easy to use and clean after each use. We also like the fact that as it brews the steam is not vented straight up damaging cabinets above our storage area.

We really love this pot...Every morning my husband made a mess,really easy to use,no more water spilled or grounds all over the counter.Coffee still hot,even with coffee creamer.Cant say enough about it.Super easy directions..Love the extra warranty.

When I received it, "Made in China" was on the box and the unit. I returned it and Great Offer Stock was quick in trying to set things right. They did a great job and I would recommend greatofferstock.com to a friend. I was dissappointed in the product only because it wasn't made in the US as I saw on the site. Otherwise, the product was fine.

this coffee maker leaks...i only used for a few months before I became so frustrated with it...its in the trash

Coffee Maker Disappointed
Every time pour a cup of coffee it leaks, I’ve tried different ways to hold the cup and still makes a mess. Not sure if mine is defective or what. Not happy at all .

Coffee Maker is Poor quality
This product was very unsatisfactory. Although it was easy to set up and looked good, when you dispense coffee, it leaks every time. Have had two previous coffeemakers like this and was very disappointed in the quality of this one.

Hello ambard123, With the Hamilton Beach 48463R Brewstation Summit 12-Cup Programmable Coffeemaker you clean the pot out and then fill with a few inches of clean water, lift the pot so you can see under it where the coffee dispenses and manually trigger the release mechanism to allow it to flush coffee grinds out. End of dribbling. There is a domed filter screen permanently attached at the point where the coffee leaves during dispensing. This lets small particles of coffee get by apparently get into the valve seat. Brewstations make great coffee. Please feel free to contact us again with any further questions.
