Both came severely damaged and it's taking a month or more to get new. They were so dented that the inside drums are dented. It took a week to get them to approve a replacement and it still hasn't shipped.

Delivery was a hot mess ! I will never purchase large appliances through Great Offer Stock again. It comes as 3rd party delivery and the delivery guys had no clue what they were doing and damaged a bunch of thing and I think messed up the washer during delivery. The dryer is wonderful, the washer is very off balance and shakes the entire house.

The washer and dryer work fine. As far as the ordering/delivery process...it has been a nightmare. It took 2 months for them to deliver my items and twice the items were damaged upon delivery. The company they use will not deliver to my upstairs laundry room (only threshold) and they do not install. For the few dollars you may save ordering from Great Offer Stock, I would order from Lowe’s or Home Depot and get the items delivered AND installed in a couple of days. NEVER AGAIN
