This sofa sleeper is absolutely beautiful. We had a nightmare of a time with its delivery as the shipper left it on or front porch in the rain. The leather was ruined In places. Great Offer Stock replaced the sofa, gave us a discount because of all the delivery problems, and placed it in the room at no additional fee. It is service like this which makes me a loyal customer. Yes, it took two months to get it, but it was worth the wait.

Red sleeper sofa is very comfortable. Looks and feels more expensive. Still looks new and fresh despite regular use by two rough and tumble boys, a dog and a rugged game playing Daddy

The sleeper is perfect for my living room, now when I have visitors they can sleep over on those cold winter nights.

The middle cushion is too small. There is a 5 inch gap that you fall into between the cusions. There is no way to turn it sideways as I tried to solve the problem with that solution. Also, no way to return a sleeper queen sofa that movers carried up three stories to our condo in Florida. We are stuck with this imperfect couch that our children fall completely into the cracks between the cusions. So disappointed.

The quality seems good. The color is perfect. Here are the things I wish I knew then that I know now...the pillows velcro on. Not my favorite although I guess it keeps them in place. There's a back horizontal piece that velcros on as well. I'm not sure why...It doesn't look horrible but it does give the couch a "cheaper" look, especially if you're not placing it against a wall. The back pillows are pretty much at a 90 degree angle from the seat cushions so this is definitely NOT a lounger couch. It's comfortable in a firm way, but then again, I am not a person who spends a lot of time curled up on the sofa. I think pillows will soften the feel against your back. This couch took FOREVER to get here. And once it arrived in Atlanta I had a fair amount of trouble scheduling a delivery out to where I live. They didn't return my calls, didn't arrive on the day they said they would, etc. I think this is not an Great Offer Stock issue...but just so you know that you will need to allow a good 6-8 weeks for delivery just to be on the safe side.

Sofa was received fairly quickly and was unboxed and set up in our living room by the deliverymen. It is a beautiful sofa and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this sofa - we are very pleased with it.

This sofa is very good. It's comfortable and high-quality. It look like a $$$$ sofa. The only flaw about the sofa bed is that the mattress is very small in its thickness, so we just bought a memory foam mattress topper and it helped a lot. Overall the sofa bed is very good.

This sofa was much more beautiful than expected. It shows like a sofa costing in the $1000's. The delivery and placement was challenging due to a long driveway and narrow staircase and the first sofa was damaged during shipment. Great Offer Stock wes very reasonable in the exchange process. After all was complete, the sofa sits in a room looking very elegant and I am very happy with the purchase.
