These are lovely curtains, although they are quite a bit thinner than they look in the photo. Being thinner, they also look lighter in color than what they appeared. Overall I like them very much, but BEWARE. One set of curtains came as they were packaged (38x96"). However, the other set, which was labeled with the same measurements, was only about 85 inches in length. Fortunately I have to alter them anyway but, if you do not sew, be aware that this discrepancy has happened at least once!

The quality of the fabric wasn't what I was expecting so I returned it.

The color is more of a burnt orange/rust color than a true orange which is fine for our house. They do darken a bit but I would not consider them black out curtains in anyway, they do allow light in
