Purchased this unit direct through Bio Bidet and it waz amazing. My mother has a bidet down in Texas and it was always a bummer leaving her home because we would get used to the bidet there. This travel one is nice because of all the driving I do near my home for my job. Spray isn't as powerful as the attachable bidets but that makes sense considering it's so much smaller and smaller motor. Great device, everyone should get bidets.

No Good
This item was NO GOOD. I bought two of them, hoping that my son and I could each have one for travel. I was very disappointed. The item did not include proper instructions and the chargers that were included did not work.. When I called to return then the Rep. I spoke with begged me to have the new chargers sent (He said I could return it if the new chargers didn't work). When the chargers arrived I left the units to charge for more than a day, checking it periodically to see if it would work--NO SUCH LUCK, It DID WORK. Receiving the new chargers and trying to get the unit to work took more than 2 weeks, then when I tried to return it as I was told I could. I was told I could only have a warranty exchange, which I didn't want, because I didn't want to have to repeat this process, so I got stuck, with two of these, that I can't do anything with
