I really didn't konw what to expect for my first ever bidet toilet seat but this is just perfect. Works great and warm water stream is somthing I have never experienced before. I thought it would be the same from taking warm water shower but no, it is entirely different. This product is full of pleasant surprise. I'd highly recommend ths product to everyone.

Bought this as a less expensive alternative to a competing product. Installation was pretty easy .. The first unit I received had a defect, so I called the 800 on the box and someone actually picked up the phone in less than 30 seconds! I talked to their agent and she knew exactly what the problem was. She was very apologetic and sent me a replacement the next day. (I got to keep the first one for spare parts :o) The variable speed on the water flow is excellent and guarantees complete cleanliness. I have used over 10 different bidets in the past and nothing even comes close in water pressure and freshness.. my kids (9 and 5) love it too as they do not have to rely on us to help them wash after they go. Overall, it is a wonderful product with great customer support if needed. I am waiting for an excuse to throw away the other bidets that I have in the other bathrooms and get more Brondell FreshSpa Bidets for every bathroom in the house.

I finally decided to install the product after having in storage for 2 weeks. I was afraid it was going to be difficult. Having installed an on seat bidet in the past, I was reluctant to take the project on as I had found that tackling the toilet seat had been difficult. I was surprised on how easy it was to install. It took me 15 minutes, and most of those minutes were spent finding the plumber tape I had put away, a pipe wrench (which I really didn't need). There were diagrams in the package on the contents and the steps for installation. The wand holder slides inside the toilett top for easy access. The water pressure is adjustable on the valve which makes it gentle or hard water. Great product! and I am buying another for my other bathroom.

The seat is very comfortable and was easy to install. Leaves you totally fresh and clean. Just wish the blow dryer had a little more power to it, but otherwise works perfect. Highly recommended product.

I was planning to buy a electric toilet seat with dryer option and this had the best price. On top of it I used 20% coupon to get it really low price. I have a round toilet seat but this seat worked well on it with a very small outward extension in the front. Extremely satisfied.

This toilet is amazing. It heats up as soon as you said down the water is warm and has adjustable pressure automatic movements and deodorize feature is especially nice and convenient. Overall I’m very happy with this purchase. I highly recommend this as a gift or to upgrade each bathroom in your own home.

The cons first. It is pricy. The product requires a dedicated electrical line with a GFI plug. The standard cost where I live is about *** for and electrician to run this line. If you are a little plumbing savy you can probably install it yourself. There is a video on the product page that shows you how to do it. The pros. It works GREAT. I really enjoy feeling so clean. My toilet paper expense will probably be reduced by 90%. The remote is super easy to use. I am really happy I made this investment.

Really love having the 2 water spouts and the flow is very very nice. I've had a few bidet's and this one can't be beat for the price, ease of installation and function.

Works well. Looks great quality wise. Only glitch is the stopper sometimes does not engage fully and water drains out.

I really like the fact that this bidet comes with a remote control. This is a feature I think all bidets should have! It's very customizable so you can adjust it to whatever is more comfortable for you. Works great and it was easy to install (I had to have help from a friend, but that was only because I had no clue what I was doing - most people will be able to do it with no problem). It was a fair price and a great addition to the bathroom.

It's easy to use on the go and was worth every penny I paid for it.it works very well and is great to have during trips.

The Great Gift for Parents. I bought 2 units for my parents in last year Christmas Time and It is one of the best gift my parents love the most and they use it every single day. First introduced to these in Japan and always wanted one. Love all the features. Bought a second one for my other bathroom. A little difficult to clean where it attaches to the toilet but worth the extra effort.

I purchased two of these for a new house construction. The house is not yet complete so I have not been able to test the bidet. However, they are beautiful and I paid less for two from Great Offer Stock than I would have paid for one from anywhere else.

I LOVE my bidet. I didn't even know how much I wanted one until I got it. Easy to install, the stream of water stays contained, and the aim is spot on. By just schooching your bum less than an inch or so on the seat you can clean whichever specific area needs cleansing. I use the low pressure setting and that seems sufficent but it's nice to know the High setting is available in an emergency shituation. This is the best present to self that I never knew I needed. It would be perfect if it had a warm air dry setting.

The instructions that came with the unit made it so easy to install that I was able to do it all by myself (without my husbands help) in less than 20 minutes. I like that it fits nicely and is not too bulky or obvious. So far it has been doing its job very well I must say. Even at the lowest pressure it still gives a thorough cool cleaning. It’s a more effective cleaning then wipes I would say and it saves money!

i have had no issues w/the temperature settings on my bidet. i love it. people come over and love it. even the maintenance guys for my housing complex love it.

This bidet was a breeze to install we did not have any issues and it has held up for over 2 years so far with no issues. We really like the easy to use dial on the side because our children are able to operate it.

After considering adding a bidet to our toilet I decided to try this first. Simple answer and works quite well. I was pleased when I got the product, it was well made and simple to use.
