Blue Moroccan Area Rugs

This beautiful rug is very cushy, is beautiful under our dining room table, and was a great price. One surprise: the size of the design. Each medallion is about 14" in diameter. This is oK for us, because much of it is under the table, but it might be too bold a pattern in the middle of a room. I'd be happy to provide a photo that shows it in the room, if Great Offer Stock wants to add it.

This rug is absolutely beautiful! My husband was so hesitant to get a white/ivory rug because we have a baby and a dog. This rug holds up to both!

Color is a light Aqua. Love the texture and pattern.

Rug is just as pictured. Slate blue is actually slate blue. Shag is very soft and comfortable.

We are very happy with this purchase. The rug arrived earlier than expected by a day or so which was a pleasant surprise. When we first rolled it out I was worried because it had that "new rug smell" and it was going in my son's nursery. For the first day or so during the day I left the window open to air it out. If it wasn't so big I probably would've left it in the garage but we had already rolled it out in place and moved the furniture. It's been down for 2 weeks now and it still has a very FAINT smell, but it's really barely there. The thick pile is nice because it's really comfy and when our teetering boy falls, he's padded. We didn't even put a pad underneath. I will say that the pile is so thick the "trellis" design comes off as more X's. I think the details of the design just get lost a bit. We are very happy with the rug and would definitely order it again. We are using it now in the nursery but we could also use it in a lot of other rooms in our house, but maybe not one with high traffic.

It's super soft, but the colors are not as vibrant as I would have hoped. I got the beige version and the orange appears more as a red-orange or rust color. There is also a lot of yellow in the rug, which I didn't notice online. I read prior reviews about it shedding so I vacuumed it four times after opening it. I probably could have vacuumed it four more times and still gotten a ton of fibers. My vacuum was full each time. It also has a strange smell, which I'm hoping will go away in a few days after it's had a chance to air out. I do like the rug, but not as much as I liked it online. It goes great with the chairs that I purchased to go with it.

I am very pleased with this shag rug. It's very thick and it does not shed at all. The design is very simple and easy on the eyes. Very similar to Moroccan Berber rugs costing many times more and I received it in a few days with free shipping. The color is very accurate to the picture which is slightly off white. Highly suggested .

Colorful, attractive. Edges are not finished so a few pieces come out from time to time. The "feel" of the carpet underfoot is a bit rough, but not objectionable for the room I am using it in. It has a worsted wool feel--a bit scratchy rather than smooth and soft. I am using the rug in a small den/spare bedroom to accent guitar rack on a wall and some Mexican artwork. I am satisfied. I put a pad underneath as suggested to minimize movement. All in all I am satisfied as the rug is attractive and affordable.

This rug is WELL worth the price! A lot of companies edit their photos to make the colors look more vibrant and beautiful but this picture is EXACTLY what you get. The color is BEAUTIFULLLLL. Also, I didn't expect the rug to be so plush and soft. I love it!!!!!!!

Our infant son loves this rug. He can pull on the shag and very soft. There was a chemical smell for the first couple weeks. Very happy with purchase. Has been easy to vacuum with Dyson.

This is a softer shag, not one of those hard shags where the fibers, though plentiful, are sort of rough and abrasive. It's not plush, like some of the Martha Stewart rugs that are silky soft shags. It's a thicker softness, and pretty great underfoot. The picture doesn't do the blue any service. It's brighter than this, while still being a rich blue, and not quite a true navy. The ivory is definitely ivory, but it's surrounded by so much darker blue that it will pass for white with ease in a room of blues and whites. I'm usually not much of a Safavieh fan, but this one is a good one. May make me look at others! PS, this measures are just over 9 feet, by not quite 12 feet...despite the suggested measurements.

I gave this rug for stars and not five because the color is a bit different than the photograph, it's not quite a navy it's more of a country blue. It is excellent quality and we are pleased though.

My daughter and her friends prefer to sit on this rug over the sofa! It's so thick and plush. Very happy with purchase.

As a designer, I'm always concerned that what I see online is what I get and I tend to rely heavily on detailed reviews when considering a product. I ordered this rug in the navy, and blues can be tricky. One review stated it was a royal navy and that gave me the confidence that it would work in my application. It was an accurate description of a beautiful, clean and pure navy blue, without a purplish or blue green cast. The design is classic, classy and attractive without overwhelming your room. As for shedding, it does, but not as much as many other wool rugs I've purchased in the past. Totally worthwhile in my opinion. Know yourself, however. If you'll go crazy seeing fuzzies on the rug till the initial stage passes, this may not be the choice for you. Would I buy it again? Absolutely.

Much brighter in person. Red is pinkish raspberry not tomato but that works for us. Maybe not for everybody.

This rug is shaggy and perfect for what I wanted. It's easy to vacuum and doesn't have fibers coming out of it due to daily use.

I've gotten so many compliments on this rug! Full disclosure, there is no plush the rug. It's flat and decorative, and easy to vacuum. If you're looking for something super soft and comfy to lay on, this isn't the rug for you.

Great looking rug and very comfortable to stand on. Great size for in my kitchen. The white color is more cream/pale beige in person and the pattern is raised up slightly which is hard to tell from the picture. Am very happy with my purchase.

Bought this rug just to have some floor cover on laminate floors. It does the job, is a little firm but that area isn't used a lot so am happy with it.

perfect color for the spa, unfortunately don't wear that well but for the look and price we dont mind replacing them
