These are awesome boots for the price. The shaft is a little stiff at first and noisy...but great after you break them in. I would definitely buy them again.

Decent boots for the price paid

Purchased them as a Christmas gift for a friend. A little big on him but a pair of insoles corrected that

It says Aztec boots and shows a different picture of what you actually get per the other reviews but I love the boots.

Another review says it in more detail. I, apparently, received the same bait and switch as he did. What you see is not what you get. The boots I got had a heavy lug sole and, worst of all, each buckle said "RIDE-TEC" prominently, while those in the photo are plain. Otherwise, the quality looked good. If you are OK with the tacky "RIDE-TEC" buckles and the logging-boot style lug sole, go for it. For my part, I shut the box with an expletive and started the return process...

I bought these boots expecting them to look like the picture that represents them and expecting them to be Adtec Boots like the description says....they're neither. I received Ride Tec boots that have a lug sole and thick, square, dull finish buckles that say Ride Tecs on them. I called customer service and was told that Adtecs and Ride Tecs come from the same warehouse and that there must have been a mix up and that the correct boots would be shipped out immediately. 2 days later I received them, and to my dismay, they were the same Ride Tecs I was originally sent! I own lace up Adtec boots that are very comfortable to walk in, that's why I wanted Adtec Engineer Boots, but I wanted them to look like the picture with smooth soles and shiny, thin, chrome buckles. I gave 3 stars because even though, theyre not Adtec boots and they don't look like the picture, these Ride Tecs still look good, are quality made, and are comfortable to walk in, so I wound up keeping them and sent back the extra pair. But greatofferstock.com should do a better job of showing the actual product and giving the actual name to their customers ahead of time so you can know what you're actually buying.

The boots looked great but were too small. They were returned and we will be ordering a larger size.
