This featherbed is the real thing. It must weigh about 30lb and is filled with real duck feathers. It is truly 5 inches thick as described. Plus it came with a protective cover to keep it clean. I shopped around before deciding to buy this, and found a few "featherbed" imitations locally that were maybe 2 inches thick and filled with cheap synthetic stuffing (not feathers) for about the same price as this.
These sheets would have been great except for the fact that one set (I ordered two) was obviously not king size and when I tried to send them back, I was told I was only going to be refunded $11 due to the fact I had washed them. Of course I was very angry because there was no way I could have known they would not fit my bed if I had not washed them! The situation was finally rectified by getting online and talking with an agent who gave me a $17 credit because I was a valued Great Offer Stock customer which was a good thing because I would have never shopped at Great Offer Stock again!

High end features, especially the separate squares. Replaced high end duck filled topper with this because of dustmite allergies. SO pleased with the quality of this topper. Shopped around and found this to be a terrific price for the features when compared with large stores. Beautiful addition if live in cold climate and want to feel surrounded by clouds. Great for someone who gets cold, also stays in place very well, especially if sleeper does not move a lot.
