From Texas I love Parvez Taj's art. Penzance was the first piece I discovered, then I viewed all the others...I wanted some grays and blues for my room and I liked the calm, storm over ocean effect in Penzance. I first ordered it in a smaller size, then decided to reorder it in the 36"x24" size. I love it! I have noted, in ordering other art on brushed aluminum, that the colors are a bit more vibrant/brighter than they appear to be in the photos. Not quite as subdued as I thought they would be. Nonetheless, Penzance is gorgeous and the light seems to dance on the art, depending from where you are gazing. Mine is hanging on a gray wall, really cool! My only other observation about this and the other pieces is that the black painting on the sides is not quite as well done as I would have liked. Looks like the sides were spray painted and sometimes I have noted little specks of glue between the sides and the front. Not a deal breaker, especially because it's not noticeable when the art is on the wall (And you could easily do a touch-up on it). I will be reviewing the other Parvez Taj art I purchased. I would have kept them all if I had the wall space!!!
