This cabinet is absolutely lovely, and the glass top is a very elegant touch. The color is true to the picture. One leg was not correctly attached but I don't think any of our guests would notice. The shelves are not heavy duty but should be adequate for housing candle sticks and candles. We have the cabinet in an alcove in our main hall leading to the front entry of our home. The Chinese garden stool next to it and a gold tone lamp with silk shade atop the cabinet makes for a lovely scene. I'm giving it 4 stars because of the leg, but that would not hinder me from recommending a friend to purchase this item.

We had to do too many repairs (interior shelf, fix door) for the cost of this item. Although we needed it for our show to use as a liquor cabinet, I regret I couldn't find better. The exterior design (red) was fine, but the cost didn't match quality. Avoid this unless you don't mind fixing it.

This product, although not worth the claimed retail price, is well worth the Great Offer Stock price. It is quite beautifully hand painted and comes already put together.I bought two and am using them for shoe storage. I can fit 12 size-9 ladies shoes ( including sneakers and Dansk clogs) by stacking them one ot top of the other (three high), long-ways. Note, I cannot fit them facing out. Possibly a size 8 woman's shoe could fit this way, but not a size 9. You can't see from the picture, but there is only one shelf. Another two shelves could be easily added ifyou don't want to stack your shoes one on top of the other.The glass on top slides around, though, so if my kids were younger, I'd worry about using it. You probalby don't need it. I use it because the top is also hand painted and I didn't want to wear this off since I use the top every morning to place my makeup, hair dryer, etc, while in use.

It looks well made and sturdy. However, the doors are a little hard to open. I wish the bigger cabinet was availiable. I got the black one. I may or may not get the smaller version. The drawer is velvet lined and there is a piece of glass that comes with it to place on top.

I was shocked by how nice this product was!!! I bought it as a CD cabinet for my husband for Christmas and it works out beautifully. I bought some shoe storage boxes so we could stack more CDs into the space and still have easy access. It also fits into my Asian decor quite nicely...Just love it!
