I ordered 2 of these tables - so I'm not judging by a single source. Very well packed (box w/in a box and protective styrofoam!). I may try to lighten them w/a bit of concrete stain but yeah, I'm happy.

    I ordered this item and twice they sent me the wrong table. Both were charcoal grey not the cement color in the picture. The customer care person accused me of just not getting what I expected. I expected it to look like the picture not dark grey! She was very snotty. Very unhappy that they left me a month without the item because of their incompetence. Now they say it is out of stock - is that why they sent me the charcoal grey one? Not happy.
